Introducing Trinity

Trinity is an offline-first intermittent fasting tracker designed to be fast, private, and distraction-free.

Unlike many existing fasting apps, Trinity focuses on the essentials. There are no advertisements, no unnecessary social features, and no pressure to maintain daily streaks. Everything is built around helping you consistently complete your fasts.

Why Trinity?

I originally built Trinity because I couldn't find a fasting tracker that fit the way I wanted to work.

Many existing apps shared the same problems:

  • No proper web application
  • Heavy advertisements
  • Feature bloat
  • Limited offline support
  • Difficult or impossible data export

Rather than compromise, I decided to build my own.

Design philosophy

Trinity follows a few simple principles.

Offline first

The app should continue working without an internet connection whenever possible.

Fast

Every interaction should feel immediate.

Minimal

Every feature should justify its existence.

If something doesn't meaningfully improve the fasting experience, it probably doesn't belong in the app.

Private

Your fasting history belongs to you.

What's next?

This first release establishes the foundation for Trinity.

Future updates will include:

  • Progress tracking
  • Statistics
  • Achievements
  • Better data export
  • Cross-device synchronization

Thanks for following along as Trinity continues to grow.
